FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, absolutely! We love shooting in locations that are meaningful to you and your brand.
Complimentary Travel: Travel to any location within a 25-mile radius of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma is included at no additional charge.
Outside the Radius: If you have a specific destination in mind that falls outside the complimentary 25-mile radius (such as Oklahoma City, Fayetteville, or a remote location), simply reach out to us! We are happy to calculate a small, reasonable travel fee and work with you to make your vision a reality.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen—especially with pets! We aim to be flexible while also protecting the time we've reserved just for you.
Retainer / Booking Fee:
To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer (20% of the session fee) is required at the time of booking. This fee compensates for the photographer's time reserved on the calendar and preliminary planning.
Rescheduling:
24+ Hours Notice: If you need to reschedule your session and notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date, your retainer will be happily transferred to a new, mutually agreed-upon date within the next six months.
Less than 24 Hours Notice (or No-Show): If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your session, the initial retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to book a future date.
Cancellation:
Client Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your session entirely for any reason, the retainer is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services.
Photographer Cancellation: In the extremely unlikely event that the photographer must cancel (due to illness, emergency, or equipment failure), you will be offered a full refund of all fees paid, or you may choose to apply all funds to a rescheduled date.
Inclement Weather Clause
For outdoor sessions, we will reschedule at no penalty if, in the photographer's opinion, severe or inclement weather (heavy rain, snow, extreme heat/cold, or unsafe conditions) prevents us from achieving the desired results. Your retainer will simply transfer to the new date.
Do you offer albums or prints?

Complimentary Online Gallery: All sessions include access to a private, password-protected online gallery.
30-Day Access: Your full-resolution digital images are available to view, share, and download for 30 days from the gallery delivery date. We encourage you to download and back up your files immediately!
